I am a cellone customer for 3 years. i dont have any issue with them and it is an excellent service compared to other money hungry services like airtel.  it is the cheapest service but there are some negative aspects.

1 : same tariff for about years and never changed it. other providers are providing sms for free but in bsnl it is still chargeable
2 : Customer service, LOL there is no customer service at all. All they will say once you call them is to "contact  nearest customer care center". if we need to contact them why the hell they are sitting and answering the call.
since in 3 years i have only one satisfied customer service experience.
i was not able to send sms to my wife’s no alone!!. i called them and they rectified

3 : network is still average. mostly network busy busy busy.  some times i will get message no access to network and when i call customer care they will say contact nearest customer care center. or an upgradation is going on.

my Airtel friends are able to use there phones even in moving Lifts. but in my cell signal drops out

4 : GPRS I love it from cellone. it is the cheapest service ever provided by a mobile operator.
just 200 Rs we have unlimited conneciton. slow speed? dial up speed? no problem. i need to pay only 200 Rs / month and unlimited connection. i have downloaded about more than a GB till now.
if it is high speed connection we need to pay for the extra mb after limited usage

GPRS I LOVE IT and the only reason i am sticking with cellone.
i am a tech savy and do all from internet. and GPRS is my bread and butter

5 : The next is the famous Customer care center the word what we hear by calling cellone call center. this customer care centers are maintained neat and tidy with modern equipments but the people are rude and arrogant as like normal government office people.

But after all this Cellone is the best mobile service available in market compared to others.
i was a hutch, airtel customer before and got sucked. then i changed to cell one and now experiencing the whole new GPRS Edge world.
